Authenticity Maps: Creating a Path of Integrity w/ Liz Angeli

Are you being faced with a decision that feels big, even impossible? “Which college should I attend? What’s best for me in a particular relationship? How can I heal and move forward from a painful experience? Should I start a new career?”

To know how to move forward with questions like these, we need to know why and how we got there.

Join us for an interactive workshop where we will dive into our decision-making process using the art of discernment. More than decision making, discernment is an intentional, life-long process of determining what brings a person closer to their authentic self. This workshop will introduce you to the basics of discernment with an opportunity to practice and visualize your own discernment process.

We will begin with a grounding meditation where we each will connect with our Higher Self and deepest wisdom. Then, we will create Authenticity Maps, a way to visually represent personal decision-making processes with a focus on identifying roadblocks, opportunities, and next steps that lead to authenticity.

Cost: $20. Includes supplies.

3-4:30 PM

If you have any craft supplies you’d like to bring with you—magazines, stickers, photos—bring them along.

No experience with map-making or discernment required.
